Image depicts the south-eastern exterior of the Lawless house that stood on the north-western corner of Central Avenue (Sierra Madre Blvd.) and Sunnyside Avenue. Stone retaining walls and concrete steps leading to a pathway to the house can be seen. The house's wooden exterior is stained dark and some of its architectural details (doors and windows) are visible. Two large palm trees are near the corner steps, and various trees and shrubs surround the house. Glimpses of houses located to the north of the property and the San Gabriel Mountains can be seen on the right side of the image.
